Payment Policy of Incline POS

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments are accepted for the products and services provided by Incline POS. By using our software or services, you agree to the terms detailed below.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

      • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

      • Bank Transfers

      • Mobile Wallets

      • Online Payment Gateways integrated with Incline POS

    All payments must be made in USD, PKR otherwise agreed in writing.


    2. Billing and Invoicing

        • Customers will be billed according to their selected subscription plan or purchase.

        • Invoices are generated automatically and sent to the registered email address.

        • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that billing details are accurate and up-to-date.

        • Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.


      3. Subscription and Renewal

          • Incline POS operates on a monthly/yearly subscription model unless stated otherwise.

          • Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

          • Customers will receive notifications before renewal.

          • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of access to Incline POS services.

        We strive for customer satisfaction. However, please read our refund terms carefully:

        • βœ… Full refunds are available within 7 days of subscription if you’re not satisfied with the system.

        • ❌ After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

        • ❌ No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

        • βœ… Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

          • Accidental duplicate payments

          • Verified system errors

              • VAT, GST, or any other tax required by their local laws.

              • Incline POS will issue tax-compliant invoices where required.

                • We reserve the right to change prices for our services at any time.

                • You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.

                • Continued use of the service after a price change indicates acceptance of the new rate.
