This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments are accepted for the products and services provided by Incline POS. By using our software or services, you agree to the terms detailed below.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • PayPal (International clients)

  • Cash (for in-person transactions)

  • Debit / Credit Card

All payments must be made in PKR (for local clients) or USD (for international clients).

We offer flexible pricing based on your business needs and selected modules:

  • Available in Monthly and Annual subscription plans

  • Pricing depends on the modules selected

  • Ideal for businesses that need real-time access and cloud-based operations


💻 Offline Software (with Online Backup)

  • Also available in Monthly and Annual subscription plans

  • All data is stored locally but backed up securely online

  • Pricing varies based on selected features and modules


🖥️ Offline Software (Without Backup)

  • One-time payment model

  • Price is determined based on the modules required

  • Best suited for businesses that prefer complete local control without internet dependency

🔄 Refund Policy

At InclinePOS, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Installation Fee: Non-refundable once software has been installed.

  • Monthly Packages: Non-refundable after activation.

  • Annual Packages: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no usage or setup has occurred.

  • Offline One-time Payment Packages: No refunds once product key or installation is delivered.

  • Customizations/Integrations: Not eligible for refunds.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@inclinepos.com.

  • Delayed or failed payments may lead to temporary suspension of your services.
